Summary:

Our Business Application Administrator is a dynamic, responsive individual, able to work well in fast-paced, lively environments. Primarily responsible for the data integrity and maintenance of business applications and related reporting processes, including customer relationship management (CRM) and deal management platforms, the Administrator builds and maintains relationships with internal and external clients, including institutional/corporate clients, salespeople, traders, research analysts, management, IT and vendors. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to see how information and business processes harmonize in broader contexts. Experience with CRM, deal management, trading systems, research distribution, account management and capital markets reporting would be a definite asset.


Responsibilities:

. Primarily responsible for the data integrity and day-to-day maintenance of CRM and deal management systems, including reporting processes, data audits/updates, etc.
. Participating in ongoing user training and development of training materials.
. Supporting application users in multiple business disciplines, across three geographies
. Generating reports on application content and usage on a regular and as-needed basis.
. Documenting application usage, analyzing statistics, traffic and content patterns
. Quality assurance of application upgrades
. Special projects as necessary


Qualifications:

. Excellent organizational and communication skills, demonstrating both independent initiative and the ability to excel in flexible, team-based environments
. Detail oriented and contextual approach to systems and their challenges, the ability to grasp abstract concepts and translate them into practical processes.
. User training experience in the financial services industry
. A good general knowledge of the capital markets industry and its operations, processes and tools - experience in capital markets & CRM data management would be a definite asset.
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
. Technology savvy, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office products
. University degree & / post secondary accreditations that would contribute to the role.
