As a native to the National Capital Region for many generations, I can honestly say Ottawa will always be home.  I believe in the strength of this community and the wonderful people it embraces and nurtures.  This includes everything from community involvement, the arts and as an outdoor enthusiast. This city has so much to offer.

Supporting local events and charities of all sizes is a major part of my life. Striving to incorporate philanthropy into my business model has created an influential cycle of possibilities.  I have been involved with several organizations, from the Canadian Cancer Association to the various business networks in the city.  I am currently serving on the board of directors for the Women's Business Network, which has been promoting and supporting women in business for over 20 years. Joining the YMCA-YWCA to assist the organization's financial development will allow me to facilitate services that support everything from social services to health and wellness.
